There are a variety of services available at Heritage Suites that are tailormade to offer custom care at all levels. We offer three different types of service packages based on our residents needs to ensure a comfortable retirement living.
With over a decade of experience our goal is to provide convenience and peace of mind to our residents and their loved ones. Our residence, meet with our activities coordinator to plan their next adventure. The possibilities are endless, we are here to facilitate everything our residents want to do. Below is a comprehensive outline of our package options.
CARE PACKAGES FOR SUITES ONLY AND INDIVIDUAL CARE CHOICES

Independent Living (included)
- Three nutritious meals
- Snacks & refreshments available in the Café
- Social activities & outings (a small fee may apply)
- Weekly housekeeping (dusting, sweeping/mopping, bathroom cleaning, and garbage removal)
- 24/7 staff support
- Access to a physician
- Internet, telephone, and satellite television service
Enhanced Supportive Living $400.00
- All services offered from the “Independent Living” package.
- Medication administration, management, and pharmacy services
- Monthly wellness check (blood pressure and weight)
- Emergency alert system
- Personal laundry once weekly (clothing, towels, and bed linen)
This package has an additional cost of $400.00 per month in addition to your monthly rent
Health and Wellness Support $1025.00
- All services offered from the “Independent Living” package
- Medication administration, management, and pharmacy services
- Monthly wellness checks (blood pressure and weight)
- Emergency alert system
- Personal care assistance 1 hour per day
- Personal laundry once weekly (clothing, towels, and bed linen)
